Bobby O's is one of the only restaurants in the state of Oklahoma to have a general kitchen and then a completely separate kitchen for gluten-free products. We currently use a blend of Bob's Red Mill GF flours and a host of ingredients that provide a distinctive dough for our non-gluten pizza and breadsticks.

We have made a concerted effort for our patrons with gluten allergies to have a safe place to eat.
